Human experience is shaped within multiple domains: biological, psychological, social and spiritual.

Our genetics and life experience powerfully influence the structure and function of the brain. Psychological traits and processes play a central role in determining how we perceive ourselves and others. Social life is an essential ground of nurturance. Spirituality connects us to an invisible reality within which we can find solace, support and meaning for our lives.

I invoke the spirit of compassion throughout my practice. I am guiding many people through a transformation and healing process. I offer psychotherapy, and provide consultation and treatment to clients with a wide variety of issues and concerns. The use of medication is skillfully considered when someone's symptoms are interfering with their capacity to cope with daily life. The treatment approach is tailored to the individual, with regard to style, substance and duration.

I have a particular interest in working with people who are anxious and depressed. I have helped many trauma survivors to heal their wounds. I am passionate about helping my clients to achieve calmness and inner peace, when they are challenged by life circumstances.

If you are troubled by your life circumstances, and want to find your rightful place in the “infinity of being,” please give me a call for a free phone consultation.

Treatment Options
No matter what type of challenge you experience, my treatment options will help you to improve the quality of your life. Together we will explore and find ways to heal your wounds. You will discover calmness and inner peace. You will create a balanced and harmonious life. You will experience increased pleasure in your daily activities.

I offer the following treatment options:

   Supportive Psychotherapy
Supportive psychotherapy focuses primarily on relief of symptoms. Weekly sessions are scheduled. Adjunct pharmacotherapy (use of medications) is utilized, when indicated.

   Depth Psychotherapy
In this mode of work, I meet with clients more frequently than once a week. More intensive psychotherapy offers the potential for transformation and for healing at a deeper level. Developmental processes, arrested in the context of early life trauma, may unfold to fruition in the facilitating environment of a nurturing therapeutic relationship. Old wounds are gradually healed. Split off parts of the personality become accessible for integration. Freedom from recurring, maladaptive patterns of behavior is achieved.
